Comment: Puigdemont's amnesty
To legally do what Carles Puigdemont is proposing and what Pedro Sánchez appears ready to concede to be reappointed Prime Minister would require very major constitutional reform with supermajority support. They are going to try to ram it all through parliament before even the confidence vote in the new government.
