2—Vox in the Spanish North African city of Ceuta is raging about a “fifth column” of Moroccan influence after they beat Spain in the World Cup: “we will never give an inch of ground in defence of the Spanishness of Ceuta”, says one local leader. “Cowards”, railed another at the conservative Popular Party: “your arguments for multicultural Spanishness are useless”. “These people in Vox Ceuta”, replied the First Minister, Juan Vivas (PP), “are using anything to try to divide people and cause them to fight”.

5—The Spanish Army rushed to show a prostitute was not raffled off among a group of soldiers stationed at the Bruc base in Barcelona. They had a Whatsapp group and wanted to raise money for a party.
6—Junts has tabled its amendment for reforming the misuse of public funds. Puigdemont’s party wants to get rid of it altogether if the money is not misused not for personal gain, not just talk about reduced sentences. "Corruption is fought with the Criminal Code, but political actions are fought at the ballot box", said their spokeswoman, Miriam Nogueras.
7—Plant Future activists threw paint at the Corte Inglés kids show. What do Christmas gifts for children have to do with climate change? They were protesting "against the agri-food model that is directly responsible for the current climate emergency [...] They promote an unsustainable consumption model at Christmas of meat and other products of animal origin that we know has a great impact on the climate crisis".
